COVID-19 – GREE Canada / Sunrise Tradex Available for Urgent Requests

Dear dealers,

Given the new order from the government of Quebec asking all non-essential businesses to temporarily close starting from today March 25th until April 13th 2020, we wish to let you know on our business activity for the upcoming weeks.

First of all, our operations at our distribution centre are now considerably more limited. That being said, considering that many of you must remain available to treat urgent requests during this time, we have mobilized enough staff to be able to handle these urgent requests for spare parts or replacements. Our transporters will also be able to deliver these urgent orders.

Note as well that our administrative team (sales, technical service, accounting, etc.) is working from distance and thus remains available during this period of closing, so please do not hesitate to reach out by email or by cellphone to your regular contacts.

Most importantly, we hope you all remain safe, and wish that you, your teams and your families all remain healthy during this time.
